insta360 studio playback is slow

hello friends!

i have some issues, im working in a project so today was time to start editing, so i started to get things ready on my pc, even updated the insta studio, now the thing is when i put a video and want to trim or do thingw on it when i press play on the studio the video preview is pretty slow and even the audio gets pretty wrong sounds like slow mo... video encoding is on H.264, bit rate 81bps, frame rate 24.00, took them on 4K, Insta360 one R.

i really didnt expected that this camera would give me so many issues :/

if someone have an advice or how tofix this i would appreciate.
