Unable to turnoff

Hello, I hav problem with my insta360 go. I record in fpv mode 5mnt, but then suddenly it wont stop recording n alao unable to turnoff. The indicator is in blue solid, I try press it once, hold the press and also press several time try to turn it off but failed. Still on with blue indicator, if one of you guys hav the troubleshoot please tell me, thanks
