USB Mode Android

I cannot connect my X3 to my Samsung Galaxy A32 (Android 13) with the USB-C to USB-C cable.

Here's what the sequence look like for me:

1. Set the X3 USB MODE to Android in settings.

2. Turn off the camera. (LED off)

3. Plug the cable to the camera, then to the phone.

5. The camera will then go into charging mode (RED LED).

6. Turn on the camera using power button.

7. LED will turn BLUE then Cyan.

8. I open the insta app on my phone and nothing happens : the app still ask me to turn on the wifi to connect the camera to my phone...

Could you help me please ?

NB : I try to change the USB parameter on my phone from "charge only" to "datas transfer" to "images transfer", but nothing changes...
