Plugged into Computer does not Open Folder

I want to edit my videos in the Insta360 Studio 2020 software but I cannot get the videos off the camera. But I have no idea how to get my videos off the memory card to my computer. It seems like something is wrong.

Unlike the Insta360 ONE, which I also have, when I plug the Insta360 ONE X2 into a USB port on my computer, and then turn on the camera, it makes that distinguished sound that a new device is connected, but no DCIM folder shows up, and then camera shuts itself off after a few seconds.

I have had to resort to taking the memory card out of the X2 and put it into my older ONE and transfer it to the computer that way. It's a shame to do it this way since the ONE is so old it only uses a slow standard USB conection. While the ONE X2 has much faster USB-C, but right now all it does is charge the batterry...it doesn't transfer anything at all.
