I have been complaining about the issues that your app causing especially today in my brand new phone

Galaxy Note 10 lite. Take a look at the pictures attached I think photos can tell better story than typing.

I have asked for help through the chat but I didn't get any, when I chat my problem I should wait for ages to

get a response, also they disappear immediately after I reply back and they would come back later after longwait.

Look I paid a lot of money for this but I can't enjoy it at all. I'm really tired of asking you everyday to fix your

problems even a lot of bad reviews in Google play store people complaining and no action from you I don't

know what are you doing? I feel frustrated and I'm really shocked from this lazy and bad customer service.

If I'm not getting immediate support I'm gonna send the product back to you and ask for full refund.
