stuttery video in Insta360 studio

I just acquired an Insta360 One R twin edition.

I am mainly interested in music videos.

I took my first 360 videos yesterday.

On the Android Insta360 app, the videos look and sound fine.

On the Windows 10 Insta360 Studio app, the video and sound are very slow, jerky, and stuttery.

I have a Xeon E5 processor and NVIDIA GT730 graphics card.

Does anyone have any advice?
