How to remove the distortion around subjects?!

Fixed by reddit. The slow motion does the AI style distortion. Exporting at normal speed then applying slow motion in a different software fixed the problem. 

This doesn’t seem to happen on the preview (original view), only after I export. I get extreme distortion on my subjects and border of each video. 

For example: The legs fade in and out from view between frames. At some points entire heads disappear in favour of the background trees. It looks like we are fading in and out of existence. It is incredibly ugly. It looks like a poorly made AI video. 

What on earth is happening with this processing distortion that is removing limbs and how do I turn it off? I just want a simple video and I can’t even take a screen shot because it is distorting entire limbs out of existence.

I am using the Insta 360 one rs with the 360 lens. This is being edited on the insta360 app direct from camera. Keyframes are used following the subjects. Using Linear view. Slow motion. No other editing is being applied because I just want the raw video!

I can’t seem to find any setting to remove this awful distortion. It looks like it was taken with a 30 year old broken camera.
