Shaky Footage / Flickering Lights

Is anyone else running into issues with exported One R footage (HDR) being very jittery and the lights such as brake lights, horizon light, etc being shaky? The clips were downloaded from the camera to the phone app, and then exported to the phone using quick export settings.

Getting frustrated with the quality of the footage coming out and I was hoping that this was just with my settings and my workflow.
