Insta360 Go over heating and can restore

Looking at the FAQ [ Q15. What can I do if GO’s Led is solid blue or freezes without any response by pressing the power button?
 Please press the power button for about 15-20 seconds to shut it down.

This does not work for me. I have a situation that after upgrading my camera to the latest firmware v0.4.25.6. I now have the camera showing a solid blue light - the case flashing a yellow light indicating that the camera is over heating. I've tried the reset process but that does not work. Did this upgrade "brick" the camera? I tried manual connection and the camera is not recognized even after connecting the cable.

I really like the device but I can't use it after the firmware upgrade.
