import video in after effects

hello

so sorry for my bad english i am french.

My problem is : i download insta 360 on my computer ( mac ) .

i don't have premiere pro, but i have after effects.

and when i want to import a 360 insta video ( i have insta 360 one X 2 ) in after effects, i have this message :

"after effects error : file " X " cannot bi imported. this "vsni" file is damaged or insupported.

can you help me please
