The LCD display on the screen has stopped working

I'm finding it very frustrating as I've been trying to reach you now with a complaint about my LCD screen. You make it increasing difficult to get hold of you, seeming never to be online to 'chat'.

105430 I was given this code which apparently is now not acceptable.

ixw4519afdc7wg this is my serial code - The provided serial number does not match any existing device.

I will be speaking today to Trading Standards as I find it impossible to get in touch with you about something as simple as a repair.
