Insta360 X4 issues & asks

Hello,

I have been using insta 360 X4 for Kitesurfing activities with the Insta 360 preview remote.

Insta 360 is mounted on my helmet.

My setup is the following:

- I start the camera from the remote

- I lock the screen of the camera

- I start and stop the video from the remote with the top right Button

- Camera has to be on since there is no way ( from what I know) to shut down the camera when you push the stop recording button of the remote

During my last use, I ended up with fog on the lenses which mean unusable footage at all.

Out of a sesssion, I have different problems:

- even if I lock the screen of the camera, sometimes, settings change ( I dont know if it is from the camera or from the remote, seems to appear when I fall in the water )

- 1 or 2 clips that are completely unstabilized ( and impossible to stabilize in the app of course )

Things that would help from my perspective:

- shut down camera ability when you stop the recording with 1 button on the remote ( and shut it on when you hit recording from the remote )

- possibility to lock the screen also on the remote ( is suspect it it the remote screen that change the settings when in the water )

Hope Insta 360 can help on these since the camera is a nice tool for kitesurfing!
