how to record while walking and avoid the shacking (X4)

Hi there.... anyone can help me? i record a lot when i visiting and walking, but i am not able to avoid the shaking. The result is my clips are the worst i have never seen. A lot of creator walk or run while they are recording and the clips are perfect.... I set the stabilization....but nothing to do.....
