Faulty One R Unit

Not too happy with how the One R has been performing. I went out on a trip today and brought the One R with me to use it on an outdoor setup for the VERY FIRST time. I must say I'm completely displeased. First few videos were fine and the following ones wont last more than 5 mins with the error (sd card too slow) I'm using a U3 SDXC (samsung) card. I thought that this might be due to heating (which I want to mention, the heating issue never disappeard even after the firmware update) and this is under a pretty cold environment. So I spent my whole trip without a decent video clips coz of these issues.

And just when I thought I've encountered the worst.... Behold! The One R being claimed as waterproof up to 5 meters.... Became pretty much unusable after submerging it in less than a foot of water for less than 10 secs.. Now my One R is just a fancy toy with a flickering screen with two buttons that does nothing.

I might ask for a refund depending on how they deal with my complaint.
