My x4 won't connect to a PC

The camera works otherwise. I can use the app with it to download footage etc. Connecting it to the pc gets a merry "ding!" and even has the drive appear for a moemtn, but no prompt for USB mode on the camera screen. The PC sees it but says it needs drivers (windows 10).

Current firmware is 1.5.3
