Always disconnects and crashes

I’ve only had this camera a couple of months and bought it because of the amazing reviews yet all I can report is lots of glitches and problems and I find it so unstable it’s not worth using

I am using the fastest microSD cards and I even bought a brand-new iPhone yet it’s constantly disconnecting from the camera and if I am lucky to shoot any video when are use the app it just crashes and freezers and loses connection with the camera

None of the review videos tell you about this and it’s really disappointing after spending so much on a camera which doesn’t work.
