Several Issues with Insta360 one R

Just bought this thing and am having several issues. Here we go:

1. As I was shooting photos in HDR mode, the camera froze in a state where it said on the screen to “Keep the camera still while capturing”. Turning the camera off wasn't possible. Even after removing the battery, and turning the camera back on it would return to the same state. During that state, the iPhone app also can’t connect to it.

The camera freezing has occurred many times in different situations.

2. The camera doesn’t mount on my desktop upon connexion although it did so in the beginning. 

3. The camera has also turned on at times (I could hear the chime) but the screen wouldn’t turn on.

4. Now I’m at the point where the camera doesn’t turn on at all. Pushing the on/off switch literally does nothing.

5. Camera loses connexion to phone very quickly. This makes it useless as you literally can't finish a photo shoot for virtual tours.
