How is the after sales service?
I'm planning to buy the One R but looking at the warranty the exclusion clauses cover almost any eventually in which one might use the camera makes me concerned. I previously had a GoPro Hero 7 which was advertised as waterproof but was ruined almost the first time that it went into the water. GoPro's warranty excluded water damage, as does Insta360's but GoPro agreed that the leak had been due to manufacturing error and replaced it, making clear that they would not do so for any future water damage. On my next trip with the replacement GoPro it got splashed and no longer worked. Has anyone had any experience of the reality of Insta360 after sales service?
