Help Importing To Adobe Premiere Pro

Hi there,

New time user and video creator in general. I am using Adobe Premiere Pro and have imported the videos from my Insta360 One R. The video however is extremely slow to edit and when playing on the Adobe Premiere Pro it is choppy and not editable because of how slow it is. I have never had any issues with Adobe playing and editing videos in Premiere Pro but just from One R I seem to be having trouble. The same video playing in the Insta360 Studio runs perfectly fine, it is just when I try importing to Premiere Pro.
