Upload video in slow, stuttering and echoing

Hello,

I just received my Insta 360 one r and download Studio 2021..I've uploaded several test videos in the Studio but the videos are in a very slow speed, stuttering and have a significant echo. I've tried various frame speeds and resolutions but they all have the same effects.. please help!
