Camera stops recording and shuts off after only a few minutes

I’ve read similar problems in the forums, but I’m getting very agitated.

I just got this camera a few days ago and it won’t record video for more than a few minutes. Today I got 4 minutes into a 30 minute run and I didn’t even notice it shut off.

UPDATE: while sitting on my desk I was able to record for 16 continuous minutes without issue. So I know the card is good. It seems to be unable to handle the bouncing during any activities. Does anyone have issues with high impact recording? It’s bouncing a bit on my shoulder as I run

I’m using a Sandisk Extreme PRO 256gb v30 card, which is what Insta360 recommends on their own site. I’m also only shooting at 4K 30fps. Firmware version is up to date 1.2.18

Anyone else?
