Bug: No crop in 4K 16:9 footage

Hi there!

I'm an Insta360 SMO 4K owner - a lightweight copy of ONE R 4K for drones.

1. If I set 4k30p 4:3 I get 4000x3000 at 100 mbps which is ok, but

2. If I set 4k30p 16:9 I also get absolutely the same 4000x3000 footage - why?

After cropping 4:3 (which is 12MP) to 16:9 (which is 8MP) in post I lose 1/3 of the bitrate, because the bitrate spreads across all the pixels. This makes 4k30p 66 mbps instead of 100 mbps. I think it's a bug. For example, GoPro utilizes full 100 mbps for 4k 16:9 images that leads to significally difference in quality.

Please apply 16:9 crop (ex. 4000x2250) in the 4k30p 16:9 mode *before* encoding .mp4 at 100 mbps.

If that's not the best place for this bug request, please let me know.

Thanks.
