How to undo steps?

How do u reset all edits back to original?

After saving a trim, is there an undo button?

I followed instruction video. Marked what I thought would be trimmed and after confirming (ticking icon in right upper corner) the marked part I wanted to delete stayed and deleted the rest of video? WHAT🥺 ?!?! Confused.
