Issues with videos over a certain length corrupting.

I'm a recent buyer not 100% satisfied with the camera. I took it on a trip and lost some 360 footage. The camera seems to freeze if a 360 video goes over 10 minutes. It seems to record fine, but when you try to stop the recording the camera will freeze and get quite warm. The video is not playable in the app and the desktop application says it failed to load since it's corrupted.

Any ideas on what I can do to try and recover some of the footage?
