Where do I find Adobe Premiere Pro?

I have a new Insta 360 One X2, Windows 10 Laptop, 360Studio 2021 version 3.5.7

(made sure Adobe Premiere plugin was checked at installation)

But I cannot fonr Premiere anywhere on my laptop, where do I look?

When I click the "Use Pr" button in Studio 360, it just opens up a tutorial that is of no use to me if I can't find the plugin.
