Insta360 one r live streaming

Hi,

I'm trying to live stream on Twitch using the rtmp option in the app. When I add all my credentials to the app, save it, and attempt to go live it tries to connect but then I get a livestream failed error code -5. Does anyone know how to solve this? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
