Memory Too Slow error on 360R with 360 mod

I'm using a SanDisk Extreme 128mb V30 / A2 micro SD card.

When the camera does its automatic stop & save at about 30 minutes, the message "Memory card is too slow" pops up with a button to accept.

Then automatically restarting the recording doesn't happen.

Between this and the overheating, I'm not getting any good use from this camera and really starting to get angry and ready to make an honest video review to warn people... I've already stuck 3 heatsinks to each of my two cameras, and that seems to have stopped the overheating but now it's saying the cards are too slow (and there are none faster...) so I STILL can't test long recordings...

HELP!!!?

UPDATE! - I have confirmed this is a H.265 issue only. I have switched to H.264 and hours of recording is possible now. It's funny because I was testing the H.264 when you replied and was about to come and update with this same observation.

Solution? If you need more storage, H.265 is not the way to do it. Get bigger Micro SD cards instead.

FURTHER UPDATE! - Note that I also just updated the firmware (because a new version was released while I was typing this complaint), and reformatted the SD cards in the camera settings (Though they were formated before, there was an onscreen tip to do so again), so maybe that's helping as well.
