Poor quality with Insta One R when uploading to Youtube 360 video

Hello, i'm using a Insta 360 One R and i noticed that when i export the 360 video to youtube the overall quality is really awful because the FOV used by youtube is really low so the video is "zoomed in". There is a way to increase the fov or default to a higher fov when watching 360 video on youtube?
