Insta360 One-R (360 mod)

I’ve been noticing that sometimes when I use my insta360 360 mod, one part of the lens looks like it’s got a blurry fog spot on it.

Sometimes I’ve noticed it on the lens itself and others I’ve noticed on my film.

Is my camera lens defective or is it from the humidity outside?

Is there any way to fix this issue ?
