Factory reset

I accidentally set up the camera with the wrong language. I cannot get it out of Korean. I also cannot get it to reset to factory standards either using the reset hole or holding the power button for 20 seconds. Is there a decent manual online that explains all of this? I think I’m going to like the camera but it is very poorly supported.
