Shoot video at 5.7k for atleast 2-3mins

Steps: Extend the selfie stick to its longest & Run at slow speed & Try it take it closest to the objects you can also touch it but, ensure that it doesn’t damage the lens.

Try to Complete the shooting at one go.

Once done you can go to insta360 app and edit the footage. Increase or slowdown the speed as per your taste. Add some music
