#ProTipChallenge - Master Dolly Zoom Effect - One R App Reframing

Pro tips challenge - Master Dolly Zoom effect - One R App ReframeReframe:

Hello 360 creators 💛🖤💛

When editing manually through the One R App app, to understand the concept of the dolly zoom effect I'll consider 2 rules:

When the camera gets closer to the focused subject
Or
When the camera backs away from the focused subject

This means:

Camera Goes InIn (Push In) -> You Zoom Out

Camera Goes OutOut (Pull Out) -> You Zoom In

Several Examples seen here:

*Shot with One R using a DIY type of mount

(to be revealed soon)

When the subject is on my back I'm going out, so I Zoom In.

This means:

Start with a tiny planet / zoomed out focus or custom keyframe/framing and end with a Linear, Narrow or custom zoomed in framing.

When the subject is in front of me I Go In, so I Zoom Out.

This means:

Start with a custom, narrow or Linear zoomed in focus keyframe

and end with a tiny planet, ultra wide/ wide or custom zoom out framing.

Some of the vertigo effects will only be visible after applying speed so, hopefully you can try this riding your motorcycle, bicycle or driving your car or applying 4x or 8x speed through the app.

Bonus tip:

Focus on your driving/ riding .

Ride/ drive safely.

Shoot first, reframe later 🤙

Play with the App keyframes and let me know in the comments below how it went.

I'd love to read about it.
