(Note: Insta360 App version needs to be at least 1.11.0)

Gear Used: ONE RS or ONE X2 or ONE R + Invisible Selfie Stick

Steps:

Mount your camera on the Invisible Selfie Stick.

Extend the Invisible Selfie Stick to a suitable length.

Select "5.7K/30" FlowState video mode.

Hold the selfie stick and shoot as you walk

Edit

Tap “Stories” - “Shot Lab” - “CineLapse”

Tap “Use This Theme” and select your clips

AI identifies the best scenes in your footage. Do not close or minimize the app

Export and share to the community!

Shoot Suggestion

Pick locations with nice symmetry and close buildings for better scene recognition
