Shooting Suggestions
For best results, we recommend choosing a relatively simple environment with a single color tone, with great examples including a ski resort or a skateboarding rink.
It's a good idea to avoid wearing clothing that's too colorful, or the same color as the selfie stick.
We also do not recommend the use of the 3-meter selfie stick or the Multi Mount.


Shooting Footage
Connect your camera to the Insta360 selfie stick.
Select Video or FreeFrame Video mode, the highest support shot being 4K/60.
Open the Flip Touchscreen to adjust the shooting angle as needed.


Pull the selfie stick to the longest length and raise it to your side, trying to keep it level with the ground.　


Keep yourself in the center of the frame as you film.
Tap the shutter button to start recording!
*Shooting no more than 30 minutes of footage.


AI Selfie Stick Eraser steps:
In the App, go to [Edit] -> [Shot Lab] -> [AI Selfie Stick Eraser].
Go to the Insta360 app Edit page.
Select AI Selfie Stick Eraser in Shot Lab.
Import your video.
Select the length of the clip that contains the selfie stick.
Click "Quick Preview" to view the effect


Click "Next", and AI will automatically identify and remove the selfie stick for you!
A note though, make sure you don't lock your phone or leave the app during the process!
