Slow jerky playback on Windows 11 pro

Help!
I am a new user.
I installed Insta360 Studio 2024 on my Dell OptiPlex 7060 Tower Computers Desktop Computer Windows 11 Pro, i7-8700 3.2GHz,32GB DDR4 RAM 512GB SSD. The CPU has a clock speed of 3.2 GHz and a boost clock speed of 4.2 GHz. This is a 6-core CPU and is capable of 12 threads. The computer has two Display Ports. I am using two 32 inches (2560 x 1440) monitors

Here is my setting in Preference:
Exporter Codec: All checked
Player Codec: All checked
Hardware Acceleration: Image Process Acceleration: Auto Max Task Thread::5
Other: Advanced: Everything is checked.

The playback on the screen is slow and jerk. It pauses and goes, pause and go. The playback behaviors are the same for a 2-minute or 20-minute video.
Questions:

1) Does my computer meet the requirements of Insta360 Studio 2024
2) Is my Preference setting correct?
3) What do I need to make the playback smooth?
