Updates to the Watermark in the Insta360 App

We've simplified the design and added customizable positioning.

Not your thing? No worries, you can still disable it.

1️⃣ Choose Where

You can now choose where to place the watermark. No need to worry about it blocking the action in your videos anymore!

📱 Vertical Videos (9:16): Choose from four positions—top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right. 👇🏻

📹 All Other Aspect Ratios: Choose from five positions—center bottom, top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right. 👇🏻
This is available for videos exported in 1:1, 16:9, and 2.35:1.

2️⃣ How to Add a Watermark

Select Default Watermark Settings
Open the Insta360 app, go to Settings -> scroll down until you see App Settings -> tap Video watermark.
Your selection here will automatically apply to all exported videos.

When Exporting
Already got a video project where you want to add a watermark, or need to change the position of it due to the framing? No worries!

• On iOS, tap Display Setting > Watermark Settings on the Save Video page to change its position or remove it altogether.
• On Android, tap Watermark Settings on the Save Video page to change its position or remove it.

3️⃣ Simplified Watermark
The text "SHOT ON" has been removed from the watermark. Now you only see the camera model name for a cleaner look.
