How to set Date Time on Insta360 One R

Noticed that images taken on my Insta360 One R have the incorrect date time on the exif data.

I've tried to look for how I can change the date and time settings on the Insta360 One R but cannot find how to do this either on the device or when connected via the App.

Please can you assist how I can do this. Thanks
