No Sound In Insta 360 Studio

Hello, I need some help here. For some reason, none of the unedited footage that I put into 360 studio has sound. I have shared the footage with another friend who also has an insta360 camera, and the files play just fine with sound in his 360 studio. I am using the insta 360 one x2, and have just uninstalled and updated to the newest insta360 studio 2022. I had the problem with the old version before re-installing as well. I have the sound in the editor turned up all the way, and I can't figure out why there is no sound. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
