One X2 Water Damage

I used my One x2 in our pool that is only 2-3 feet, I didn't even put the one x2 deep in the water. But when I put it up I noticed that the shots on the other lens where dark and foggy while the other lens was clear, when I opened the battery and charging compartment drops of water came out.

It was advertised in the box that it was waterproof, the camera opens up but it still has its issues on the lens.

Any ideas?
