Help- I renamed Video files

I have watched my 360 Videos on Insta360 Studio 2022 and then renamed them on my Hardrive, the Vid file with the 00 in it.

I have changed a whole week of skiing, when I drag the video back into the Studio they no longer work.

I renamed last one I changed to its original name(I worked out there the same but one has a 10 and the other 00) and the video in one camera starts mid way through the recording and the other camera plays from the start.

I just bought the camera

Had a Gopro 360 and you could rename the files

Anyway, if anyone could put me in the right path to recovery
