Request for RMA Code
I had sent one mail detailing issues with my OneX2 on 16.08.2022 which is not replied.
I wrote another mail on 17.08.2022 which was replied on the same day by Linda asking for some details which I have immediately provided. After that, I have not heard back from her or anyone else from Insta360.
I am awaiting for RMA code for my camera which needs to be sent for repair. Can someone please do the needful asap?
