Help! One X3 Stuck on 99% firmware upgrade.

hi there

i just got my X3 and opened it and connected it to the app, and the app prompted me to firmware upgrade. so i clicked download and everything was going smoothly until it said 97% installed on the camera. then the connection to the app was lost and the app said "upgrade failed. connection lost." however the camera continued until it reached 99%. now the camera has been stuck on 99% for about 15 minutes with no changes. how do i fix this?
