Insta360 Refused to Honor Warranty

X3 camera purchased in April 2023 and appeared to be near flawless in operation and performance. Stellar compared to GoPro. However, a few months ago, the files when transferred from the sd card to the PC or laptop, were split into 1 minute clips. I spent more than a month emailing back and forth with Insta360 tech and customer service and returned the X3 to California for warranty replacement and Insta360 responded by saying I can pay to replace the lenses but the camera is working properly.

Insta360 is refusing to honor a warranty.

Buyer beware, an Insta360 purchase will not include the slightest bit of customer service or protection for the product. GoPro may have a lower quality product but GoPro damn sure knows how and will take care of the customer in my experience.

Insta360 gets one more chance to make this right or I go to social media and post all the BS I have gone through to help Insta360 diagnose the problem with THEIR product.

I will go to social media, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and post ALL of the correspondence proving the company is unwilling to support the customers who purchase their product.

FAAFO is real....!
