copyright free music on video

Hello, I have some videos that I want to put music on. I have access to copyright music that I can throw on my youtube channel but is it possible to add that audio in the insta360 app during export? Also how do you folks upload your 360 videos to your youtube channel and have it actually allow you to pan around? I've found one tutorial but I'm interested in learning how others do this.
